White Gold Hair Care - Refund and Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at White Gold Hair Care. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after purchasing. However, we do offer store credit under certain circumstances as outlined below.

1. Store Credit

If the product you received is not what you expected but is not damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer store credit, provided that the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To receive store credit, you need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you store credit.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If the product you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to our postal address (provided upon request).

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

3. Non-returnable items

Please note that gift cards, sale items, and items purchased using store credit are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

4. How to Return Your Item

To return an item to us, please email customer service at hello@whitegoldhaircare.com.au to request a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
